The analysis, often called a Phase I ESA, typically addresses both the underlying land as well as physical improvements to the property; however, techniques applied in a Phase I ESA never include actual collection of physical samples or chemical analyses of any kind. Scrutiny of the land includes examination of potential soil contamination, Mold Training, groundwater quality, surface water quality and sometimes issues related to hazardous of Lead-based paint training. The examination of a site may include: definition of any chemical residues within structures; identification of possible Lead-based paint containing building materials; inventory of hazardous substances stored or used on site; assessment of Managing asbestos; and evaluation of other Indoor air quality testing. The purpose of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is to determine the specific contaminates, the extent of surface or subsurface migration, and any resulting environmental or health risks.

Phase II Site Assessments services include:

Sampling of soil, groundwater, air and building materials and.

Field screening soil samples with portable gas chromatographs and organic vapor analyzers to accurately characterize the site and reduce the number of samples requiring analysis by a laboratory.

Performing geophysical surveys to define subsurface contaminant plumes and identify suitable locations for soil borings and groundwater monitoring wells.

Relationship with Patients

I took almost fourteen years of schooling for me to gather all the tools I felt I needed in order to do the quality of work I always wanted to do. Now I work at The Center for Natural Health Care and Healing integrates the practices of Naturopathic Medicine, Homeopathic Medicine, and Acupuncture to provide a holistic and harmonized approach for our patients. Patients benefit from a uniquely designed program focusing on the individual or the family where communication is paramount.

Communication that occurs between me and my patients is a very important component of the healing relationship. I view my working relationship with patients as a partnership.

One of the skills I have is to be able to decipher which modalities will best treat the disease. With the modalities available to me, I am able to provide you with a program devised for your individual needs. People who have the same diagnosis may not necessarily present with the same disease state. In other words, their symptoms may be different.

My treatment would, therefore, address the individuality of their symptoms. In the twenty-one years I have been in practice, I have continued to deepen my understanding of how disease presents itself and what is required to obtain a greater level of health.
